Executive Assistant 

🌏 Remote 💰$2000 ⏰ 40 Hours/Week, Flexible Working Hours (Mandatory availability for meetings between 5 PM & 1 AM Beirut Time)

We are a results-driven company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO. The role supports both business and personal operations, coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders, and brings structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving environment.

Mission

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s central operating hub. You will translate priorities and ideas into clear execution, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure that business and personal operations remain organized, synchronized, and moving forward without constant CEO involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the CEO and team with excellence.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO across business and personal operations.
  • Translate the CEO’s priorities, ideas, and requests into clear tasks and execution plans.
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Create, assign, and track tasks while ensuring accountability and timely completion.
  • Coordinate and delegate work across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up proactively on projects, commitments, and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and operational systems.
  • Keep priorities structured and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and maintain alignment between personal and business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Background in Executive Assistance, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Executive Business Partner, Project/Program Management, Operations Management, Consulting, or Strategic Operations.
  • Executive Support: Proven ability to support senior leadership and manage multiple priorities with discretion and ownership.
  • Operational Experience: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level direction into organized execution.
  • Work Environment: Experience working effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: Task-based framework requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with availability aligned with CEO and team requirements.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Work Location: Fully remote.
  • Role Type: High-trust, execution-focused position supporting both business and personal operations.
  • Primary Objective: Ensure priorities, communications, commitments, and projects move forward efficiently without constant CEO involvement.
