​Mission

​We are seeking a Senior Telemedicine Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads through structured direct response systems, disciplined media buying, and data-driven decision-making.

​Key Responsibilities

​Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Multi-Platform Management: Manage and optimize multiple Meta and Google Ads accounts simultaneously for our telehealth clients.
  • Budget & Bidding Ownership: Oversee budget pacing, bid strategy, and large monthly advertising spends confidently across channels.
  • Campaign Structuring: Launch, structure, and scale direct response campaigns and build clear account architectures for scalability.
  • Creative Iteration: Test creatives, hooks, messaging angles, and audiences; brief creative teams directly and continuously iterate on high-performing ad assets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance daily, take decisive action, and analyze performance metrics including CTR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Compliance Management: Navigate complex telehealth and healthcare advertising policies to ensure clean compliance across all platforms.
  • Attribution & Scaling: Navigate attribution challenges and tracking setups, scaling winning campaigns efficiently while cutting underperformers quickly.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate within a structured POD alongside copywriters, designers, and funnel builders; deliver clear performance reports outlining data analysis, KPIs, insights, and actionable next steps.
  • Accountability: Take full ownership of revenue performance, client results, and proactive communication.

​Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of professional hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally with a strong focus in health, telehealth, or high-performance DTC verticals.
  • CRM Tool: Experience working alongside CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Softwares: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, tracking tools (Pixel, CAPI), attribution tools, reporting dashboards, and Loom.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Deep understanding of healthcare and telehealth advertising policies, direct response marketing, lead generation, and digital funnels.

​Skills & Competencies

  • ​Dual-platform expertise spanning across both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads architectures.
  • ​Familiarity with navigating strict medical/telehealth compliance restrictions and ad policies.
  • ​Strong understanding of testing, pacing, and scaling paid media campaigns using a structured approach.
  • ​Advanced data interpretation, analytical thinking, and a performance-first mindset.
  • ​Ability to manage large advertising budgets and multi-account portfolios confidently.
  • ​Clear, proactive communication skills with a structured reporting ability.
  • ​Self-sufficient, results-driven, and able to operate smoothly in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, aligning with US Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Lebanon Time)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
  • Rules for PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off with advanced notice
  • Salary Range: $ 2,000 - 2,500
