Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
Senior Project Manager
Company Overview
It is a fast-growing, profitable, and cash-flow-positive performance marketing holding company that builds, scales, and operates a portfolio of consumer brands. The company operates in a collaborative, remote-first culture that values clear communication, complete autonomy, and rapid execution — making it a great place to drive real impact with zero corporate bureaucracy while working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Mission
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to bridge the gap between strategic vision and rapid execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Product as their right-hand person, you will take high-stakes decisions and turn them into scoped, tracked, and shipped workstreams within days. Day-to-day, you'll own end-to-end program management across multiple parallel initiatives (customer recovery, product activation, support centers, and growth projects), manage external vendor and BPO relationships, and keep internal teams ruthlessly aligned. You'll thrive here if you are a systems thinker who instinctively builds trackers and SOPs, turns messy conversations into clear one-page memos, can context-switch seamlessly between projects without losing organization, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Own end-to-end program management and execution for major project rollouts, product launches, and growth initiatives, maintaining meticulous delivery tracking.
- Act as the primary driver to convert ideas, strategies, and requests from the Head of Product into clearly scoped briefs, sequencing dependencies and holding owners accountable to timelines.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (not end clients), BPOs, product development partners, and specifically three activation centers that handle customer onboarding for digital product licenses.
- Define, document, and enforce SLAs, KPIs, performance expectations, and clear escalation paths for vendors.
- Gather, validate, and track data across multiple parallel sources, creating dashboards for continuous audits, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Partner with the technical team to set up and audit the tracking layer across major initiatives (product engagement, activation rates, and vendor metrics) to synthesize what the numbers are saying.
- Use AI tools, analytics, and data-driven insights to identify trends, drive efficiency gains, and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct regular vendor business reviews and performance evaluations; create and track remediation plans.
- Build and maintain the product team's source-of-truth library in Notion, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), call scripts, decision logs, project briefs, and vendor playbooks.
- Own the daily/weekly operating cadence: handle meeting preparation, decision capture, proactive risk identification, preventative measure implementation, and the rigorous follow-up loop that ensures decisions are executed.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, development, customer experience (CX/Service), data, tech, and growth to align activities with business goals.
- Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts, statements of work, and renewals.
- Implement and maintain SOPs and documentation for vendor-managed workflows that allow execution without constant follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 5+ years managing vendor programs, BPOs, or project/operations management (Senior-level). Proven track record owning the end-to-end delivery of at least one program with 5+ stakeholders and a 6-month+ horizon. Experience in a remote startup environment is a strong plus.
- CRM Tool: GoHighLevel CRM (or equivalent experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho with the ability to learn GHL quickly).
- Softwares & Tools: Notion (Critical proficiency required), Excel / Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, Figma or Miro (for design/wireframing), data visualization tools, AI platforms, and analytics tools.
- Industry Knowledge Required: Vendor management, BPO/call center operations, program management, systems thinking, and performance marketing/DTC (preferred).
- Specific Gender: No preference.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deeply organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong dashboard-creation skills.
- Proactive, bias to action, and solution-oriented mindset with comfort in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (a data-driven/data-oriented mindset to measure what matters).
- Fluent with AI tools and able to apply them to operational improvements.
- Project management and process-improvement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and act effectively as a right-hand to leadership.
- Ability to costly synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Systems thinking: building briefs, trackers, and SOPs instinctively.
- Native or fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (ability to turn messy conversations into clean, executable one-page memos).
- Growth-oriented mindset, highly motivated beyond just a salary, and deeply aligned with a high-performance culture.
- PMP Certification is a bonus but not required.
What Success Looks Like
- Day 30: You've taken ownership of 1 active initiative, successfully removing the Head of Product as the day-to-day driver.
- Day 60: You've taken ownership of 3 active initiatives and established a basic, reliable analytics layer across them to interpret weekly performance numbers.
- Day 90: Leadership requests seamlessly move from raw idea to scoped brief, named owner, and ship date within days, not weeks.
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Familiarity with AI platforms and analytics tools used to monitor vendor performance
- Ability to overlap EST working hours (schedule coordination from Beirut Time)
Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM til 12 AM Beirut Time, aligned fully with US Eastern Time (9 AM - 5 PM EST), with flexibility preferred based on project needs.
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $1,750-2,500
