Designer
Job Description:
Company Overview
This company is building the trust layer for AI agents—managed authentication, memory, and over 84,000 tool integrations across more than 500 platforms, all through a single CLI/SDK. The product gives AI agents managed authentication, memory, scheduling, and integrations across Gmail, Slack, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, and hundreds of other platforms so developers don't have to hand-build OAuth flows and error handling for every API an agent needs to touch. Used by teams at Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Dropbox, Lyft, Figma, and researchers at MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley, the company operates with a fully open-source core, building and marketing completely in public. The culture is fast-paced, seed-stage, and built for proactive individuals who thrive on high ownership and shipping high-impact work fast with minimal approval chains.
Mission
We are looking for a versatile Designer who can own both how the product looks and feels and how the brand shows up everywhere else—from CLI output and dashboards to launch graphics and landing pages. The product exposes a flat, 4-command interface (search, knowledge, execute, flow) so agents do not need thousands of tool schemas loaded into context, and we need that same elegant simplicity to show up everywhere a human touches our brand. You will design end-to-end product flows (dashboard, onboarding, integration setup) while simultaneously defining and evolving our visual identity. We need a deeply AI-first designer who already integrates AI tools (for prototyping, research synthesis, or asset generation) into their daily design workflow to ship high-quality work fast. If you are a self-driven designer who loves creating sleek, information-dense technical interfaces and building cohesive brand systems from scratch, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Design end-to-end product flows for the dashboard, user onboarding, and integration setup from initial wireframe to shipped UI.
- Simplify complex technical concepts, making it easy for developers to understand and configure OAuth flows, runtimes, and tool integrations.
- Define and continuously evolve the brand's visual identity, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and illustration style.
- Design a wide variety of marketing assets: landing pages, launch graphics, social media visuals, event materials, and brand swag.
- Build and maintain a lightweight design system and brand guidelines to ensure product and brand consistency as we ship fast.
- Conduct quick user research and usability tests with developers, translating findings into concrete design improvements.
- Partner directly with engineers and marketing to ensure accurate front-end implementation without big handoff gaps.
- Leverage AI tools daily within your design workflow for rapid prototyping, asset generation, or workflow automation.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2-5 years of design experience spanning both product/UI work and brand/visual design, ideally for developer tools or technical B2B products
- CRM Tool: Not required
- Softwares: Figma, modern design-to-dev handoff tools, and AI-assisted design platforms
- Industry Knowledge Required: Developer tools, APIs, CLIs, or developer-facing dashboard design
- Specific Gender: No preference
Skills & Competencies
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both detailed product UX/UI flows and cohesive brand/marketing identity systems
- Sharp typography, visual layout, and information design fundamentals
- Comfortable designing information-dense, highly technical interfaces without letting them feel cluttered or overwhelming
- Deeply AI-first, with a clear understanding of how to leverage AI tools to accelerate and elevate the design process
- Highly collaborative with a minimal-process mindset, comfortable working directly with engineers and marketing teams
- Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS, basic React) to prototype or ship small adjustments yourself is a huge plus
- Illustration or motion design skills, or experience building a brand identity from scratch are highly valued
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop (capable of handling heavy Figma files and design renders)
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Access to Figma and modern design software suites
Position Description
