Job Description:

Performance Marketing Manager (Meta, Google, Automations)

Company Overview

It is a fast-growing, 7-figure automotive services brand specializing in premium window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and mobile detailing. The company operates a high-volume, local service-based business model dedicated to exceptional workmanship and customer care. The team moves quickly, relies on data-driven operations, and maintains a hands-on, entrepreneurial shop environment focused on converting local digital intent into real-world revenue.

Mission

We're hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can completely own our paid traffic, tracking, and automations. If you've run Meta and Google Ads profitably for service-based businesses, know your way around basic web/dev and CRM automations, and like being directly responsible for leads and revenue, you'll feel right at home.

In Your First 6–12 Months (Outcomes, Not Busywork)

  • Consistently generate booked tint / PPF / ceramic / detailing jobs at or below target CPL and CAC.
  • Build simple, reliable funnels from ad landing lead booking (no set and forget campaigns).
  • Install tracking, reporting, and automations so we know: cost per lead, cost per booked job, and revenue per channel daily/weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for local lead gen.
  • Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, conversion events, and basic dashboards.
  • Build / tweak landing pages (WordPress or similar) and on-site forms for higher conversion.
  • Create and manage automations (Zapier/Make/GoHighLevel/CRM):
    • Lead routing, tagging, and notifications
    • SMS/email follow-ups for unbooked leads
    • Simple nurture sequences for past customers
  • Run structured testing: audiences, creative, offers, headlines (callouts + value + clear CTA).
  • Report weekly on results, learnings, and next tests. No fluff, just numbers and actions.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years managing Meta AND Google Ads for local or service-based businesses.
  • CRM Tool: Experience with a common automation tool (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs).
  • Softwares: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, basic HTML/CSS, WordPress / page builders.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Paid local lead generation and direct-response marketing hitting CPL / ROAS / revenue targets with budgets of at least $5k/month (preferably within automotive services or high-ticket local service sectors).
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong direct-response mindset: you care about leads and booked jobs, not impressions.
  • Deep knowledge of local tracking, conversion mapping, call tracking, and attribution architecture.
  • Ability to construct end-to-end automated workflows from lead capture to automated client follow-up sequences.
  • Creative optimization and a structured testing framework for headlines, offers, and creative iterations.
  • No-fluff weekly reporting capabilities, distilling data patterns into immediate strategic marketing actions.
  • Collaborative and adaptive approach to designing high-converting customer acquisition strategies.

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop with a fast development and tracking environment.
  • Reliable, stable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Full access to and advanced troubleshooting capabilities within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with visual website page builders and writing/modifying basic HTML/CSS snippets for conversion optimizations.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Beirut Time

  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
