Mission
As a Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing paid acquisition strategies for multiple client accounts. Your primary responsibility is to ensure effective campaign management, continuous performance analysis, and scaling decisions across Meta ad accounts. You will work closely within a cross-functional pod, making proactive decisions about account structure, campaign performance, and creative needs while ensuring every dollar spent is achieving meaningful results. This position is a blend of strategy, data analysis, client communication, and real-time optimization, where ownership and accountability are key to driving success.

- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all paid media campaigns across Meta are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Take full ownership of ad accounts, determining campaign structure, budget allocation, and testing strategies.
- Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns, adjusting tactics based on performance data and changing business goals.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional pod (strategist, copywriter, project manager) to ensure alignment in strategy, messaging, and creative.
- Provide detailed performance analyses and actionable insights, using data to inform optimization decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads platform changes, updates, and best practices to maximize campaign success.
- Provide clients with clear and concise updates on campaign performance, making sure they understand key metrics and the rationale behind decisions.
- Manage ad disapprovals, billing issues, and client inquiries promptly to minimize downtime and keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Use internal tools for forecasting and creative volume planning, communicating proactively about needs before issues arise.
- Ensure that all optimization decisions are backed by sound data and clear business reasoning, factoring in sales capacity and other relevant business considerations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an agency setting, specifically managing ecommerce clients.
- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience, managing significant daily spend across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- In-depth proficiency with Meta Ads, including campaign architecture, conversion objectives, and platform optimizations.
- Strong understanding of funnel math and how to reverse-engineer key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to achieve business outcomes.
- Comfortable working with third-party attribution tools (e.g., Hyros, Triple Whale, Segmetrics, Wicked Reports).
- Experience with launch campaigns and an understanding of budget phasing, testing windows, and event-based ad scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and present performance data clearly without heavy reliance on strategists.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to keep a team and clients informed and engaged via Slack and ClickUp.
- Strong decision-making ability, with an eye for detail, critical thinking, and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Position Description
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Lebanon time
- Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): Flexible depending on performance and company policies
- Salary Range: $2000 - $2500 USD per month
