Job Description:

Media Buyer

Company Overview

It is a remote-first real estate investing coaching company specializing in high-ticket educational offers. The company helps students and investors build wealth through real estate investing strategies via specialized, high-ticket programs. The team values data-driven decision making, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and operates with a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture that moves quickly to test and scale what works. This is a dedicated internal brand role, not an agency or client-facing position.

Mission

We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to completely own our internal Meta Ads department end-to-end, running, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns that drive high-quality leads and booked calls for our high-ticket programs. Day-to-day you'll follow established SOPs to monitor performance, pause underperforming ads, identify winners and develop variations, test headlines and primary texts, research competitors for creative ideas, and implement improvements to keep cost per booked call at or below $250 and cost per qualified lead at or below $150. If you enjoy working with data, managing large daily budgets (~$4,000/day), testing creative, and owning campaign performance in a fast-moving environment — you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Follow the existing SOP daily to review active Meta ad campaigns and identify ads that have fallen out of KPI; pause or turn off those ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and maintain cost per booked call at or below $250 and cost per qualified lead at or below $150.
  • Identify winning ads and suggest strategic directions for new creative concepts and variations to leadership.
  • Research competitors and other companies to uncover high-performing ad formats and recommend our own versions to test.
  • Design and implement tests for headlines, primary text, and creative variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to produce winning ad variations and request new content angles.
  • Implement campaign improvements and optimizations (budget reallocations, audience adjustments, bidding strategies) to scale efficient leads.
  • Manage, optimize, and safely scale internal Meta ad campaigns spending roughly $4,000 per day ($120k+/month).
  • Create clear recommendations and reports on what's working, what to scale, and what to stop, communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized documentation of tests, results, and SOP adherence for continual learning and process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and attribution data utilizing Hyros to ensure flawless conversion data mapping.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years managing paid social campaigns with extensive, proven experience managing large high-ticket ad budgets (minimum $100k/month or $4,000+/day scale)
  • CRM Tool: Not required
  • Softwares: Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Business Manager; Hyros tracking platform (Required); analytics and reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Paid social advertising, high-budget lead-generation, and high-ticket call funnels (experience in info-products, coaching, consulting, or real estate services is ideal)
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Absolute mastery of high-spend pacing, scaling, and ad account safety protocols
  • Deep familiarity with accurate multi-touch attribution setups using Hyros
  • Ability to follow SOPs and document processes clearly
  • Excellent communication skills for sharing recommendations and results
  • Creative testing mindset: comfortable designing and iterating ad variations
  • Time management and prioritization when managing multiple campaigns
  • Collaborative attitude and responsiveness to feedback

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Access to and proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and ad account management for high-budget campaigns
  • Proficiency using Hyros dashboards to read data and verify true ad performance metrics
  • Ability to run A/B tests and implement creative variations; familiarity with tracking and attribution best practices
