Mission
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Media Buying Coordinator to join our growing media team and help bring campaigns to life. In this role you'll support campaign planning, placement, trafficking, vendor coordination, budgeting, and reporting across TV, print, digital, and social channels. You'll work closely with media, account, creative, and production teams to keep campaigns on time and on target. Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Support the planning and coordination of paid media campaigns across television, print, digital, social, and traditional media channels.
- Assist with media placement, insertion orders, trafficking, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Maintain media plans, timelines, budgets, insertion orders, and placement documentation utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Coordinate with media vendors, publishers, stations, platforms, internal teams, and clients to confirm placements and delivery.
- Track campaign activity and delivery, monitor pacing, and flag potential delivery or budget issues across at least 8+ active campaigns simultaneously.
- Help gather campaign performance data and support post-campaign recaps, strong reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate creative assets, ad specs, deadlines, and placement requirements across platforms.
- Assist with audience research, competitive reviews, and media recommendations.
- Support paid social and digital display trafficking and basic optimization tasks across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, and similar ad networks.
- Ensure all media placements align with client objectives, budgets, and campaign goals for multi-million dollar paid media initiatives.
- Bring urgency, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to every assignment.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid media planning and buying (not social media management), with proven experience supporting multi-million dollar campaigns (preferably $2M+ per campaign)
- CRM Tool: Not required
- Softwares: Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs), Notion, and explicit willingness to learn new platforms
- Industry Knowledge Required: Extensive background in traditional and digital media channels, multi-campaign management, and agency experience (strongly preferred)
- Specific Gender: No preference (requires a professional, mature, and sophisticated client-facing demeanor)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high English proficiency
- Close attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to manage at least 8+ active, large-scale campaigns, deadlines, and complex media plans at once
- Vendor and partner communication skills and confidence dealing with publishers/platforms and internal creative teams
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and a sense of urgency
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of paid advertising placement across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, and basic performance metrics
- Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Access to Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Notion
- Ability to access ad platforms and basic reporting/tracking tools
Position Description
- Working Hours: 9 hours, from 4:00 PM till 1:00 AM Beirut Time (Full-time dedication required with no simultaneous jobs)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
