Operations Manager
Job Description:
Company Overview
It is a full-stack growth agency specialized in scaling high-profile info-product brands. The agency manages end-to-end growth strategy, client funnels, paid media acquisition, and email marketing infrastructure to drive measurable cash-revenue expansion for clients. The company operates as an extension of its clients' brands, building fast-moving, high-performing growth funnels powered by robust data analytics, sharp copywriting, and systematic testing. The team culture values autonomy, clear accountability, and a high-throughput creative engine where ideas are quickly turned into scalable winners.
Mission
You are the operational leader of the agency, responsible for overseeing client delivery, team management, internal systems, quality, and project timelines. Your role is to ensure the agency runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently every day. The founder will step away from day-to-day operations to focus on business growth and acquiring new clients. You will take full ownership of keeping the agency operating at a high standard while supporting the team to deliver exceptional results. Success means that within your first 90 days, the agency operates more effectively without the founder involved in daily operations than it did before.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Own Client Delivery: Oversee every client account, launch, and deliverable to ensure projects are completed on time, at the highest standard, and without requiring founder involvement. Manage the execution of webinar funnels, creative production, ad campaigns, and sales team performance across all accounts.
- Lead and Manage the Team: Provide leadership and accountability across the CMO, CTO, copywriters, sales managers, executive assistants, and contractors. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, plan team capacity ahead of demand, and make recommendations for hiring, restructuring, or termination when needed.
- Build and Improve Internal Systems: Take ownership of the agency's operating systems, including ClickUp, Slack, GoHighLevel, automation workflows, and SOP documentation. Continuously optimize processes, maintain operational clarity, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Own Business Performance Metrics: Track and understand key operational numbers, including delivery timelines, client profitability, team productivity, and monthly commission reconciliation. Identify issues early, make data-driven decisions, and take action before problems arise.
- Drive Execution and Accountability: Ensure projects move forward, priorities stay clear, and nothing falls through the cracks. Take ownership of unresolved tasks, eliminate bottlenecks, and create a culture where work is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years operating inside the info-product, coaching, or high-ticket agency space. You already know what show rate, cash collected, and setter/closer splits mean. We will not train you on the industry.
- Experience running delivery across multiple clients or offers at the same time, with real revenue on the line.
- A track record of finishing. We will ask for specific examples of projects you closed out and problems you fixed that nobody assigned to you.
- Full-time availability with real overlap with US business hours (Eastern time). This cannot be one of several client engagements.
- Fluent written and spoken English. Most of the job happens in writing, in Slack.
- Strong with ClickUp (or an equivalent PM tool at power-user level) and comfortable working inside automated systems. GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Operational Leadership: Ability to own operations, create structure, and drive execution independently.
- Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience setting expectations, improving performance, and building accountability.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and client deliverables effectively.
- Process Optimization: Experience building systems, SOPs, workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to track metrics, identify issues, and make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving & Ownership: Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and take full responsibility.
- Communication Skills: Clear communicator who can align teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistent execution.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing agency environment.
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop with strong processing power for handling review tools.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired connection recommended).
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
- Competence in utilizing AI prompting tools (Claude) to expedite and enhance copy ideation and asset workflows.
Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 5:00 PM till 01:00 AM Beirut Time (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500
