Mission

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Lawyer Assistant to support our legal team and help ensure cases move forward with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a fully remote role where you'll play an essential part in delivering outstanding service to clients, maintaining organized legal files, and assisting attorneys with administrative and procedural tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks may vary based on the needs of each case and attorney. Daily duties include:

Legal & Administrative Support

  • Support assigned attorneys with legal and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with opening new files and gathering required case information.
  • Order and track documents such as police reports, records, or other case-related data.
  • Draft basic legal letters using templates (e.g., Letters of Representation, welcome letters, disengagement letters).
  • Organize, relabel, and maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client files.
  • Perform precise data entry and update case information regularly.

Client & Provider Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to request documents, clarify information, or provide updates.
  • Send referrals and coordinate with medical providers or third parties when needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining respectful, supportive, and timely communication.

Document & Records Management

  • Request and track records (medical, employment, insurance, or other relevant documentation).
  • Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation logs.
  • Prepare summaries, notes, or basic case documents for attorney review.
  • Generate accurate worksheets or disbursement summaries when required.

General Case Support

  • Prepare letters, forms, and administrative documents using provided templates.
  • Submit requests such as Open Records Requests or document requests to institutions.
  • Help ensure all case components are complete, accurate, and attorney-ready.

Qualifications

Education

  • Law graduate or current law student preferred (not mandatory but ideal).

Experience

  • Experience working with law firms or legal teams is a plus (not required to be in personal injury).
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Languages

  • Fully Bilingual (English–Arabic)
    or
  • Trilingual (English–Arabic–Spanish)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and gather required information independently.
  • Comfortable following established processes, templates, and legal workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Service-oriented and aligned with values of professionalism, respect, and accountability.

Technical Requirements

  • Your own PC or laptop.
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.

Position Description

  • Time

- You will have to work 8 hours from 4 PM till 12 AM Leb time

- You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week.
- Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday.

- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

- You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.

- Paid Time Off policy:

First 3 months of probation: Leave is unpaid + 10 lebanese holidays covered

3-6 months: 10 days paid time off for the remainder of the year + Lebanese Holidays

After 6 months: Potential of Buy out (Employee will work directly for CEO Lawyer company)


- Compensation: $1,000 - $1,200
