Job Description:

Operations Manager / Account Manager - DTC

Company Overview

It is one of the fastest-growing remote creative and performance marketing agencies in the United States, scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands through paid advertising and high-volume creative assets. Founded by experienced industry operators with a decade of expertise in the DTC space, the agency produces over 100 in-house ad creatives a month. The team holds an exceptionally high bar for execution, moving away from theoretical strategies to run fast-paced, direct, and high-growth ad accounts for an exclusive, waitlisted client base.

Mission

We are looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent Operations Manager / Account Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our agency and the trusted face of our client relationships. This is a critical hybrid seat living at the exact intersection of system building, client account management, and internal project coordination. Your mission is to build scalable workflows so our delivery runs smoothly on systems rather than human heroics, while maintaining deep client confidence and navigating communication with poise. If you want a long-term seat on a lean, elite team where your organizational mastery directly impacts client retention, you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Build, document, and continuously optimize agency standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows to keep delivery scalable.
  • Own the full client relationship, serving as the single, dependable point of contact across regular updates and strategic calls.
  • Manage client emotions effectively—defusing friction, managing expectations, and maintaining trust during performance testing phases.
  • Execute end-to-end project management within ClickUp, keeping deliverables, timelines, and team accountability perfectly organized.
  • Translate client business goals into highly precise, actionable briefs for our internal creative and media buying teams.
  • Analyze account performance indicators to advise clients credibly on creative, marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Spot workflow bottlenecks proactively and implement structural fixes before they disrupt project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: Proven experience running operations and/or managing client accounts (Operations Manager, Account Manager, Client Success, or PM) ideally within a marketing, creative, or e-commerce agency setting.
  • CRM Tool: Not required; exposure to common CRM tracking mechanisms is helpful.
  • Softwares: ClickUp (or a comparable advanced project management/ops software); familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, or Klaviyo is a bonus.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Strong working knowledge of DTC/e-commerce marketing and performance creative structures to credibly advise clients.
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional written and spoken English with elite, live-call communication capabilities.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a natural ability to read people and navigate challenging client conversations successfully.
  • Natural systems builder who approaches scaling through structured processes, documentation, and logic.
  • Relentless organizational focus with an ability to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines without losing detail.
  • Extreme ownership mindset—running toward agency bottlenecks and closing loops without supervision.

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop optimized for high-volume remote operations management and multi-platform tracking.
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Premium noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Capability to handle a call-heavy schedule on remote conferencing software without connection delays.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Beirut Time (aligning with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time). This role is live and call-heavy (not asynchronous), requiring full alignment during these specific hours.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday).
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere.
  • Hiring Process: The selection pipeline involves an application review, a short practical workflow exercise, a live video interview with the founder, and a paid test project for finalists.
  • Compensation & Perks: Base salary of $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month. Includes performance bonuses tied to client retention/account growth, direct internal system training, and eligibility for a milestone-unlocked sh
