Mission

We're looking for an AI Builder and Bot Servicer to help build, extend, and maintain the conversational skills and agent behaviors that power our products and the founder's existing projects. Day-to-day you'll implement and refine skills, troubleshoot and improve agents we've already built, and help turn ideas into production-ready automations that serve both our growing AI business and the mortgage workflows we support. Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

• Build, implement, and maintain skills for AI agents based on existing designs and training materials.
• Design and refine conversational flows, prompt strategies, and fallback behaviors for production agents.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and extend agents the founder has already built; roll out incremental improvements.
• Test and QA agent behaviors across real user scenarios and track performance/accuracy over time.
• Integrate agents with business systems and workflows that support mortgage operations and lead handling.
• Manage APIs, keys, and integrations required for agent platforms and third-party services.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for skills, agent configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Deploy agents to staging and production environments and assist with versioning and rollback plans.
• Monitor agent performance and user feedback; implement data-driven improvements and retraining.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and other staff to prioritize features that drive business impact.
• Help create demos, onboarding flows, and materials to support selling and scaling the AI offering.
• Coach or onboard other team members on agent usage, testing, and maintenance processes.
• Participate in longer-term planning for agent architecture, toolchain choices, and scaling the business.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 3+ years
• CRM Tool: Not required
• Softwares: OpenAI, agent-building platforms (e.g., LangChain or similar), GitHub, basic scripting tools
• Industry Knowledge Required: AI agents / automation; familiarity with mortgage or financial services helpful
• Specific Gender: No preference

Technical Requirements

• Own PC or laptop
• Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
• Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
• Ability to work with APIs and manage API keys securely
• Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with version control (Git)
• Access to a development environment for testing and deploying agents

Position Description

• Working Hours: 9 hours, from 4 PM till 1 AM Beirut Time
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
• PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
• Salary Range: 1500
