Sales Closer
Job Description:
Sales Closer
Company Overview
It is the legal and financial arm of a client acquisition company that specializes in pay-per-case lead generation for professional services. We front the marketing spend, build campaigns, landing pages, and CRM integrations, and deliver exclusive, verified, qualified cases directly into a client's intake pipeline. Firms pay only for qualified leads or cases that match their filters — no retainers, no monthly fees, no upfront setup, and no ad spend on their side. We carry the risk so firms get a predictable flow of business; more than 10 firms already trust us and we're growing quickly.
Mission
You'll own the closing seat for a high-velocity, low-risk product that firms understand quickly: exclusive, verified cases sold on a pay-per-performance model. Because we remove the buyer's risk and kill the most common industry objections upfront, you sell with massive social proof and leverage. Day-to-day you'll run discovery and closing calls with managing partners, intake directors, and marketing leads; work inbound appointments booked for you; and build your own outbound pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and consistent follow up. You'll translate our model into the numbers that matter to buyers (cost per signed client, quality, exclusivity, and predictable volume), handle objections, negotiate filters and pricing, and get agreements signed — then drive new accounts to their first case order quickly. If you enjoy high-energy closing, owning your funnel, and working in a performance-driven, coachable environment — you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Run discovery and closing calls with managing partners, intake directors, and marketing leads at firms.
- Work inbound appointments booked for you and proactively build your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and steady follow up.
- Translate the pay-per-case model into the metrics a firm cares about: cost per signed client, quality, exclusivity, and predictable volume.
- Handle common objections (e.g., "we already buy leads," "leads don't convert," agency relationships, compliance) and turn them into closed deals.
- Negotiate volume, filters (case/lead type, geography, severity), and pricing; secure the signed agreement.
- Drive new accounts to their first order quickly and nurture them for reorders and larger volume.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly closed-firm, revenue targets, and show-to-close metrics.
- Keep pipeline, notes, and next steps clean and current in the CRM with disciplined data hygiene.
- Use CRM and outreach tools to track activity, follow-ups, and sales data.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure quality and delivery meet client expectations.
- Maintain high outbound activity levels: dials, conversations, and booked meetings.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: At least 2 years in a closing role with a documented track record (B2B, high-ticket, agency, or lead generation sales highly preferred)
- CRM Tool: Not required (experience with CRM platforms preferred)
- Softwares: CRM platforms, video conferencing, and outreach tools
- Industry Knowledge Required: Experience selling services within the legal and financial industries is preferred (such as personal injury law firms, lead generation, or financial services marketing); experience selling to sharp, skeptical buyers like attorneys or professional service partners is a significant advantage.
- Specific Gender: No preference
Skills & Competencies
- Strong phone and video presence; ability to hold authority with attorneys and partners
- Expert objection handling and ability to create urgency without being pushy
- Self-directed, coachable, and highly metrics-obsessed
- Proven on both sides of the funnel: comfortable with both inbound conversion and grinding productive cold outbound when the calendar is light
- Negotiation skills for pricing, volume, and filtering criteria
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building
- Attention to detail and disciplined CRM hygiene
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage a short sales cycle
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Reliable phone or softphone system capable of high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to run video conferencing calls and share collateral during meetings
- Access to and comfort using CRM and outreach tools
