Mission
As a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist, you will play a critical role in owning the technical infrastructure behind tracking, reporting, and automation across our info/coaching division. You will work across all client pods, providing technical expertise and ensuring the seamless integration of marketing systems, tracking setups, and reporting pipelines. Your sharp technical skills will allow you to foresee and flag potential issues before they affect the marketing performance, ensuring that every technical element supports the business goals effectively. This role is for someone who is not just technically proficient, but also understands marketing and can make recommendations that directly improve the bottom line.

- Oversee the technical infrastructure for tracking, reporting, and automation across the info/coaching division, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and meeting client needs.
- Own and manage technical verification processes, including setting up tracking for new funnels, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring pixel fires, conversion events, and integrations are correctly configured.
- Provide technical advice to non-technical team members, translating complex concepts into simple actions and flagging risks or issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, advising on marketing strategies and ensuring the technical layer supports the overall campaign goals.
- Continuously monitor and verify reporting pipelines, ensuring that strategists and media buyers receive accurate, up-to-date data on campaign performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with tracking, automations, and CRM systems, ensuring smooth integration across platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that new tech or tools are correctly implemented and working as expected.
- Provide proactive solutions and feedback, improving the technical setup to enhance overall marketing outcomes.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, sharing your technical expertise and ensuring they are equipped to perform independently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or technical marketing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign), including automation setup, workflow configuration, and logic.
- Solid understanding of tracking and attribution, with experience using tools such as Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion events. You can diagnose and resolve issues when data is off or tracking is broken.
- Strong knowledge of direct response and funnel marketing, understanding why email health, attribution accuracy, and tracking configurations matter to marketing performance.
- Comfortable reading platform documentation and figuring out new tools independently.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members through Slack and ClickUp.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, and a familiarity with troubleshooting integrations and workflows.
- Ability to think critically and identify potential risks, advising team members on the best course of action before issues escalate.

Position Description
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Lebanon time
- Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): Flexible depending on performance and company policies
- Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000 USD per month
